Services & Spare Parts

Mariner provides global service and support for all its products. Our service engineers are located in Hamburg, Germany, in Istanbul, Turkey and in various locations in China. Managed from our headquarters in Istanbul, these specially trained and experienced engineers monitor production carried outside our factories, participate in all start up and commissioning activities in shipyards and when required go on board vessels to resolve technical problems or perform regular servicing. Our service engineers located in are able to travel around the globe to provide the necessary services on our products.

Mariner also has comprehensive spare parts services around the globe. Although the main warehouse is located in Istanbul, Turkey, Mariner also has local spare parts stocks in Hamburg, Germany and in China so that any original spare parts demand by a vessel in service can be provided for swiftly and efficiently.
